纸币柔性展平整理装置设计

Design of Flexible Flattening Device for Banknotes Finishing

为改善目前公交公司等行业纸币清点部门人员投入多、劳动强度大的状况,提出一种可有效整理杂乱褶皱纸币的纸币柔性展平整理装置。通过不同功能机构单元实现纸币粗展平、控制送币量、增大分散度、负压吸附传送、软化纸币、柔性展平和姿态矫正等流程,完成了对杂乱褶皱纸币的柔性展平整理。

In order to improve the current situation that large amount of manpower was cost in banknotes counting departments,such as in public transport companies,we propose the flexible banknotes flattening device for a large number of cluttered and wrinkled banknotes with efficiency in this paper.The flexible flattening and smoothing of the banknotes are accomplished through the processes of different functions and units,such as the initial banknotes flattening,the control of the amount of banknotes sending,the degree of dispersion increasing,the negative pressure adsorption,the bills soften,the flexible flattening and the posture correction.
