对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定低合金钢中锰含量的不确定度进行了评估,建立了相应的数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行了不确定度来源分析,并计算各不确定度分量,合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为分析检测结果准确程度和方法的可靠性提供参考。

For inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry determination of the uncertainty of manganese content in low alloy steel were evaluated,Corresponding mathematical model is established,the parameters of the mathematical model of the various sources of uncertainty analysis,and calculated the uncertainty components,synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,to analyze the accuracy of the test results and methods of reliability to provide the reference.
