摘要
川西地区探井多用小尺寸钻头(6"左右)钻头钻三开后的井段,由于井眼直径小,小尺寸牙轮钻头不但机械钻速慢,而且钻头消耗多、起下钻作业增加。人们研制了一种新型小尺寸钻头,它主要由一个偏置的多锥形牙轮、一个圆柱形滚轮及两个牙掌组成。通过新型单牙轮钻头前期科学研究、产品试制和台架试验,进行相关工艺技术研究及应用,有助于解决川西地区探井小井眼机械钻速慢、钻井效益低的实际生产难题。结果表明,单牙轮钻头钻速接近PDC钻头,远高于三牙轮钻头,具有较好的技术经济指标,值得进一步推广应用。
Western Sichuan wells with small size bit(about 6“)three wells after the drill,the hole diameter is small,small size bit not only low ROP,and bit consumption,tripping increase.A new type of small size bit has been developed.It consists mainly of a biasing multi cone,a cylindrical roller and two teeth.Through the preliminary scientific research,trial production and bench test of new single cone bit,the related technology research and application will help solve the practical production problems of slow drilling speed and low drilling efficiency in slim hole exploration wells in Western Sichuan.The results show that the drilling speed of the single cone bit is close to the PDC bit,which is far higher than the three cone bit.It has good technical and economic indexes,and it is worth further application.
