基于微积分的动平衡铣削算法研究

摘要 大多数旋转类零件都需要在高速旋转的状态下工作,此类零件均需要做动平衡。因此,介绍了基于微积分铣削去重其铣削角度与去除重量的算法。铣削去重时,随着铣削角度的增大,去除不平衡量增加越来越少,为研究铣削角度与去除不平衡量之间的关系,列方程计算铣削角度与去重克数之间的函数。 Most rotating parts need to rotate at high speed.All these parts need dynamic balancing.This paper introduces the algorithm of milling angle and weight removal based on calculus milling.With the increase of milling angle,the amount of the unbalance increases less and less.In order to study the relationship between milling angle and the amount of unbalance,the equation between milling angle and weight loss is calculated.
