摘要
以GTM2500数控机床立柱为分析研究对象,主要利用ANSYS分析软件对机床立柱进行模态分析和谐响应分析,确定床身各阶振动模态和固有频率,确定变形最大区域,在此区域选取一点进行谐响应分析。了解机床立柱动态特性,有利于避开机床加工共振频率范围。
Taking the column of GTM2500 numerical control machine tool as the object of analysis,Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of machine tool column were done by ANSYS.Find out its characteristics of the vibration modes and natural frequencies,determine the maximum deformation area.Then select a point in this area and carry out harmonic response analysis.Understanding the dynamic characteristics of machine tool column is helpful to avoid the resonance frequency range of machine tools.
