半轴套耳孔加工装置优化设计

摘要 根据半轴套上耳孔的位置特点,围绕如何保证产品质量、提高生产效率设计了这套装置。该装置设计的关键技术是支座上的三种几何公差的保证,即立板与底板的垂直度、定位销孔与螺纹连接孔的位置度、立板工作面的平面度和波度。该装置方便操作及调整,有效避免了加工中定位误差的产生。 According to the characteristics of the position sleeve on the ears of the half,about how to ensure the quality of products,improve the production efficiency of the design of the device.The key technology of the device is the guarantee of three geometric tolerances on the bearing,namely the perpendicularity of the vertical plate and the bottom plate,the location of the locating pin hole and the threaded connection hole,the flatness and the waviness of the vertical plate face.The device is convenient to operate and adjust,effectively avoiding the production of positioning error in processing.
