摘要 薄壁零件由于壁厚相对较薄,加工过程中易出现变形偏差等问题,加工难度大,且加工成本高,改进加工工艺对提高薄壁零件加工精度及效率、降低加工成本具有重要意义。提出一种实用性的薄壁零件加工方案,通过设置耳片,进行零件表面的定位和找正,可以在保证薄壁零件的加工精度的前提下,有效提高加工效率。 Thin-walled parts,due to the relatively thin wall thickness,are prone to deformation and deviation in the process of machining.They are difficult to process and have high processing cost.Improving the processing technology is of great significance for improving the machining accuracy and efficiency of thin-walled parts,and reducing the processing cost.A practical machining plan for thin-walled parts is put forward.Locating and aligning parts surface by setting the ear pieces can effectively improve the machining efficiency under the premise of ensuring the machining accuracy of thin-walled parts.
