摘要
J55型高能螺旋压力机采用机电液一体化控制方式,维修难度系数大,在实际使用过程中故障率偏高。分析该压力机的原理和特点,并分三部分来诊断和排除其故障,包括回程缸系统、滑块打击无力或打击不稳定、机械传动系统。
J55 high power screw press adopts electromechanical and hydraulic integrated control mode,and the difficulty coefficient of maintenance is large,and the failure rate is high in the process of actual use.The principle and characteristics of the press are analyzed,and three parts are used to diagnose and exclude the malfunctions,including the return cylinder system,the slider hitting weak or unstable,and the mechanical transmission system.
