紧固件运用热处理的方式,可以实现设计所要求的强度、塑性等综合力学性能以及一定的使用性能,与此同时,在低缺口敏感性与韧性方面也能够满足设计需求,由此可见,热处理技术在紧固件方面具有非常重要的作用。着重对紧固件热处理的质量管理进行分析,希望能够提供一定的借鉴。

Fasteners use of heat treatment method,can achieve the design requirements of the strength and plastic properties and mechanical properties,the use of certain at the same time,in terms of low notch sensitivity and toughness can also meet the design requirements,therefore,the heat treatment technology has a very important role in the aspects of fasteners.This paper focuses on the analysis of the quality management of the heat treatment of fasteners,and hopes to provide some reference.
