改变缸体进排气侧冷却液分布的方法和应用

摘要 在某3缸发动机开发过程中,为了进一步提升排气侧的冷却能力,提高进排气侧的温度均匀性,进而改善排放效果,提出改变缸体进排气侧冷却液分布的新方法。该方法是通过调整铸造在缸体水套进气侧鼻梁区的挡水块上下位置和形状,实现进排气侧冷却液分配比和流动状态的最优化。利用计算流体力学(CFD)仿真手段分析缸体水套设计,确定缸体水套设计的最优方案。根据CFD分析结果,最终确定缸体挡水块的最优位置和形状,且最终方案在温度场试验中得到实践验证。 To improve the cooling capability on exhaust side and temperature uniformity on both intake and exhaust sides inside cylinder block of a three-cylinder engine,a new method which can change coolant distribution on intake and exhaust sides was created,thus to reduce engine emissions.The method is to add baffle into water jacket on intake side at the bore bridge to change the coolant distribution ratio and flow on the intake and exhaust sides inside cylinder block.The coolant distribution ratio and flow can be optimized by changing the shape and location of the baffle.Design plan of water jacket with different baffles was analyzed with CFD simulation.Based on the result of the CFD simulation,a final version of water jacket with the optimal baffle shape and location was determined and then validated by thermal survey test.
