摘要
根据发动机在样试整车上出现空调压缩机支架断裂的情况,分析空调压缩机支架的设计合理性,提出对空调压缩机支架进行局部加强的修改方案,并在整车和台架试验数据的基础上,采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)对空调压缩机支架修改方案进行分析和优化。利用现有模具进行修改,节约改进成本,加快制造速度。修改方案通过了车辆首次样件(OTS)的耐久试验,验证了支架改进的合理性。
The air conditioning compressor bracket of a vehicle engine cracked during vehicle OTS test.The design of the bracket was analyzed and partial structure reinforcement was proposed.Then CAE(computer aided engineering)analysis of the proposed modification was carried out based on the data of engine and vehicle tests.By modifying the current bracket jig tool,the improvement of bracket could be made quickly and with low cost.The improved bracket was tested with OTS durability test.The test result shows that the improvement is effective
