摘要
在缸体机加工中,引入模拟缸盖工艺新技术,以减少发动机装配时缸体因受缸盖螺栓轴向力作用而产生的较大缸孔变形,影响发动机品质和性能。通过采用新技术,对原有缸体机加工工艺进行适当调整,在确保模拟缸盖螺栓符合技术要求前提下,实现了提升缸体制造质量的目标。以轻量化小排量汽车发动机的铝制缸体为主要研究对象,对模拟缸盖工艺进行试验验证。试验结果充分表明:执行模拟缸盖工艺后,发动机装配时的缸孔变形得到改善。这项新技术也适用于铸铁缸体,表明其在动力总成领域有推广价值。
A new technology of process cylinder head is introduced for machining cylinder block to reduce the cylinder bore deformation of a cylinder block due to the extrusion force from cylinder head installation in engine assembly,which seriously affects engine quality and performance.By proper modifying the exiting machining process of cylinder block,the new technology can achieve desired cylinder block production quality with precondition of assuring the quality of process cylinder head bolt.The verification of the application of this technology to the machining of the aluminum cylinder block of a light-duty car engine was carried out.The results show that the deformation of the cylinder block is much reduced with this technology.This technology can also be applicable to iron-casting cylinder blocks and will see its wide application in modern engine manufacturing.
