摘要
简单阐述虚拟装配技术在汽车发动机装配中的定义和应用,总结虚拟装配的关键技术。虚拟装配技术用于汽车发动机装配,就是通过在计算机上建立虚拟发动机装配环境,用虚拟发动机代替传统的物理样机,对发动机的装配过程进行模拟分析,预估发动机的装配性能,及早发现潜在的零件设计和装配工艺问题,对存在的问题进行改进。虚拟装配技术不仅有利于并行工程的发展,还大大缩短了发动机的开发周期,降低了生产成本,提高了发动机质量和市场竞争力。最后对汽车发动机虚拟装配前景进行了展望。
This paper briefly presents the definition and application of virtual assembly technology in automobile engine assembly,and summarizes key techniques of virtual assembly.The application of the virtual assembly technology to automotive engine assembly is to sets up dummy engine assembly environment on computer and use a dummy engine instead of a physics one to simulate engine assembly process,with which the estimation of engine assembly performance can be made and potential issues in design and assembly can be found in order to improve them.The virtual assembly technology can not only be propitious to the development of parallel project but also can shorten engine development cycle,reducing the cost of manufacture at the same time.Thus it improves the quality and competition of engine product.The outlook of the virtual engine assembly is presented at the end of the paper.
