摘要
文章以汽轮机转子轮槽铣削的粗加工、半精加工、精加工过程为研究对象,利用激光位移传感器对切削过程的振动进行测量,通过信号处理器计算得到数据,输出受力和振动图像,并提取相应的特征信号(功率谱密度PSD、频谱RMS、峰峰值),对发生振动的数据进行辨识处理。最后,建立切削工艺参数和振动特征信号的关系,为相应的工程需要提供技术支持。
The profile milling experiments of turbine groove have been performed,including rough milling,semi-finishing milling and finishing milling.The milling vibration has been measured by laser displacement sensor,and then the vibration amplitude is obtained.The characteristic signals,including power spectral density(PSD),spectrum RMS and peak-peak value,have been extracted for analysis.The relationship between the characteristic signals and milling parameters has been built to optimize the milling parameters.
