摘要
文章主要对新型核电汽轮机保护系统通道试验设计中遇到的问题进行了分析并提出了解决方案。新型核电汽轮机保护系统由三冗余现场测量元件、冗余控制器,四列I/O卡件与四取二液压执行机构等组成。测量元件三取二、执行机构四取二的构架导致保护电气回路与液压执行机构不能一一匹配,造成保护系统通道试验到元件级和三取二逻辑在通道试验中的验证困难,文章给出了解决方案,可供核电保护系统设计参考使用。
In this article,the problems encountered in the channel test design of a new type of nuclear turbine protection system are analyzed and the solution are put forward.The new nuclear turbine protection system was composed of triple site measure sensors,redun-dancy controllers、four lines I/O cards and 2 out of 4 hydraulic trip block etc.The frame of measure element 2 out of 3 and actuator 2 out of 4,made the protective electric circuit and hydraulic unable to match one by one,It made the channel test difficulty to act from the measure sensors and act with 2 out of 3 logic when the protection channel test;The solution was given in this paper,which can be used for reference in the design of nuclear turbine protection system.
