北京市养老机构专业技术人员岗位培训需求调查及其影响因素研究 被引量:4

Analysis of the Demand and Factors Influencing Job Training among Professional and Technical Personnel in Beijing Pension Institutions

摘要 目的在医养结合养老模式下,探索养老机构专业技术人员岗位培训了解程度现状和岗位培训需求,为开展专业技术人员岗位培训提供借鉴。方法 2016年3—6月,通过便利抽样法选取北京市养老机构专业技术人员,共发放问卷130份,回收有效问卷128份,有效回收率为98.5%。采用自行设计问卷,包括岗位、岗位胜任力状况、岗位培训了解程度量表、岗位培训需求量表。采用多元线性回归分析岗位培训需求影响因素。结果 128例北京市养老机构专业技术人员,岗位培训了解程度量表总分为(47.8±8.2)分,其中养老机构经营与管理维度得分为(20.2±3.8)分,养老照护知识维度得分为(13.8±3.1)分,风险管理控制维度得分为(13.8±4.1)分;岗位培训需求量表总分为(59.6±9.6)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,从事养老行业后是否参与过养老行业专业知识与技能培训、是否参与运营与管理类培训及岗位培训了解程度是北京市养老机构专业技术人员岗位培训需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市养老机构专业技术人员岗位了解程度一般,岗位培训需求要求较高,应对养老机构专业技术人员进行岗前培训,使其满足岗位要求,提高养老机构服务水平和能力。 Objective To determine the understanding and demand of professional personnel in pension institutions with respect to job training,and to provide experience and methods for carrying out job training in the population.Methods We applied a convenience sampling method to select study subjects in the pension institutions in Beijing city from March to June in 2016.A total of 130 questionnaires were sent out and 128 valid questionnaires were returned,for an effective recovery rate of 98.5%.The questionnaire was self-designed and included items,such as job title,capacity for job,understanding of job training,and demand scale for job training.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze factors influencing the demand for job training.Results Among the 128 participants,the overall score on the job training understanding scale was(47.8±8.2),the score on the dimension of pension institution operation and management was(20.2±3.8),the score on the knowledge of elderly care was(13.8±3.1),the score on the dimension of risk management and control was(13.8±4.1),and the overall score on the job training demand scale was(59.6±9.6).Multivariate linear analysis showed that previous participation in professional knowledge training about pension,previous participation in operation and management training,as well as the degree of the understanding of job training were the main factors associated with the demand for job training(P<0.05).Conclusion An understanding of job knowledge and skills among the professional and technical personnel in Beijing pension institutions is not satisfactory.The demand for job training in the population is high.Job training should be offered to the population to improve the service level and ability of the pension institutions.
