社区医院用不同分级管理抗菌药物知识库智能化管理系统开发

Development of an Intelligent Knowledge Base Management System for Hierarchical Administration of Antibiotics in Community Hospitals

根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》(2015年版)、《上海市抗菌药物临床应用分级管理目录(2012年版)》及药品说明书,开发不同分级管理抗菌药物知识库智能化管理系统。借助社区医院信息平台,建立抗菌药物知识库,通过该信息平台起到事前拦截,用药中警示、用药后提示医师应注意的事项及掌握用药的基本原则,确定正确的给药方案。促使医师熟练掌握抗感染治疗的原则,简化治疗方案,选择价格合理有效的药物,结合感染患者的具体情况而给予个体化治疗。

Based on the Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antimicrobial Agents in China(2015 edition),and List of Clinically Hierarchically Used Antimicrobial Agents in Shanghai(2012 edition),package inserts of antibiotics,we developed an intelligent knowledge base management system for hierarchical administration of antibiotics in community hospitals.Using this system,the doctor can determine a correct drug administration regimen for he receives inquiry before the medication,warning during medication and suggestions after medication,as well as the general medication principles from the platform,all these contribute to the mastery of anti-infection treatment principles in doctors,simplifying the treatment regimen,selection of efficient drugs at reasonable prices,and delivering individualized treatment based on the specific conditions of the patient.
