十九大精神对高校学生资助工作的启示——基于精准扶贫视角

The Enlightenment of the Spirit of the 19th NCCPC to Financial Assistance to University Students——From the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

分析精准扶贫内涵、十九大报告关于精准扶贫的阐释和高校学生精准资助的本质,从贫困大学生精准资助的相关政策、高校学生精准资助工作落实情况与存在问题三方面介绍高校学生精准资助的现状,认为高校应从加强制度设计、制定实施方案、强化队伍建设、建立考核机制四个层面入手,促进学生精准资助工作有效开展。

This paper analyzes the connotation of precision poverty alleviation,the interpretation of accurate poverty alleviation at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the essence of accurate funding for university students.The present situation of precise funding for university students is introduced from relevant policies,the implementation and existent problems.It is suggested that colleges should enhance the system design,formulate implementation plan,strengthen team building and establish assessment mechanism,so as to promote the effective implementation of accurate funding for university students.
