摘要
气流调节机构仅在千分之几秒内,即可将型砂紧实,紧实动力来源于气冲罐内的压缩空气。通过空气冲击阀和气流调节结构,紧实压力首先冲击砂模外缘,并在完全紧实后,延缓压力波对砂模中部表面作用时间。这种紧实工艺可以实现砂模型腔面硬度高,砂模背面硬度逐渐降低的理想紧实度的分布,满足造型工艺的要求。本文仅重点介绍具有欧洲标准的空气冲击造型机的紧实原理和造型机机构中的气冲装置的特点。
The sand mold can be compacted by air-vario device within several milliseconds.Compaction impetus comes from compressed air in air-impulse tank.Compacted compression impacts sand mold outer edge by air-impulse valve and Air-regulating device.After complete compacting,action time of the pressure wave impacting on the middle surface of sand mold can be delayed.This compacted technology can realize high hardness of the cavity side of sand mold,and the hardness of the back side of sand mold decreases gradually.lt's an ideal compactness distribution.The requirement of molding technology can be met.This article focuses on air-impulse molding machine compacting principle with the European standards and the characteristic of air-impulse device in airimpulse molding machine.
