现有普通水玻璃砂存在溃散性差、加入量高、旧砂无法再生回用、铸件综合质量差等工艺技术难题。为解决以上问题,本文重点介绍了新型水玻璃砂工艺及材料的特点、适用情况、技术经济优势及其在铸造上的生产应用。

The common water glass sand casting process has technical problems of poor collapsibility,high addition amount,incapability of recycling old sand,poor comprehensive quality of castings,and the like.This paper mainly introduces a new process,including its material characteristics?application,technical advantages,economic advantages and its production and application in casting.
