摘要
本文详细介绍了低合金钢ZG25SiMn联接座消失模铸造及热处理工艺,分析了ZG25SiMn联接座件含碳量超标原因,并制定解决对策,成功生产优质低碳合金钢ZG25SiMn联接座,对解决消失模铸造低中碳钢件的铸件表面增碳和低中碳钢铸件含碳量超标问题有参考价值。
In this paper,the lost foam casting and heat treatment process of low alloy steel ZG25SiMn joint were introduced in detail.The reason of excessive carbon content in ZG25SiMn joint was analyzed,and the control countermeasures were worked out.The low carbon alloy steel ZG25SiMn joint base was successful produced,which was valuable to solve the problem of carbon content exceeding standard in low carbon steel casting.
