Three-dimension SWOT Analysis of Grape Industry in Hainan

海南岛作为我国的天然温室,在发展热带高效特色农业方面具有得天独厚的优势,错季葡萄种植则顺势而上。为避免盲目发展葡萄产业,应用三维SWOT模型,综合应用基于案列的类比分析法、文献分析法、现场调研和专家咨询、基于思维导图的归纳演绎法等方法和手段,从产业发展等宏观层面到科技支撑等微观层面,全方位分析海南发展葡萄产业所具有的优势与劣势以及面临的机遇与挑战,以找出海南发展葡萄产业的关键问题与发展动力,精准定位所面临的主要矛盾和挑战,提出产业化发展基本策略。

As a natural greenhouse in China,Hainan Island has a unique talent for developing tropical,efficient and characteristic agriculture,so off-season grape growing develops fastly.In order to avoid the blind development of grape industry in Hainan,the application of 3D SWOT model,integrated application of case analysis based on the analogy method,literature analysis,job-site survey and expert consultation,the inductive deductive method based on the mind map,from macro level(industry development and so on)to micro level(technology support and so on)were used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges of the grape industry in a comprehensive way.In order to find out the key problems and development power of Hainan grape industry development,and pinpoint the main contradictions and challenges,the basic strategy for the development of the industrialization production was put forward.
