东非狼尾草的特性及利用研究进展

Research Progress and Utilization Characteristics of Pennisetum clandestinum

东非狼尾草在草坪建植、水土保持,放牧草地建设及退化草地改良等方面具有广阔的应用前景。为了更好地利用东非狼尾草种质资源,介绍了东非狼尾草的营养价值、生长特性、抗逆性及其利用情况,总结了目前存在的问题并对未来发展方向提出了建议。针对东非狼尾草目前在种子生产、品种选育等方面开展的不多的现状,未来应加强种质资源收集评价、种子生产及育种方面的研究。

Pennisetum clandestinum has great prospect in lawn planting,soil and water conservation,grazining grassland construction and grassland improvement etc.In order to make better use of the germplasm resources of Pennisetum clandestinum,we introduced the nutritional value,growth characteristics,stress resistance of Pennisetum clandestinum and its utilization in this paper.We also summarized the existing problems and put forward suggestions for future development.But at present,there is less development in seed production and breeding,so the research on collection and evaluation of germplasm resources,seed production and breeding should be strengthened in future.
