0.45%盐水气道湿化对颅脑损伤气管切开患者的疗效及脑组织循环功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of 0.45% saline airway humidification on patients with traumatic brain injury undergoing tracheotomy and iits nfluence on cerebral circulation function

摘要 目的探讨颅脑损伤气管切开患者应用0.45%盐水湿化气道的效果。方法将我院收治的97例颅脑损伤行气管切开患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组48例采用无菌生理盐水湿化气道,观察组49例给予0.45%盐水湿化气道,比较两组患者气道湿化后的疗效、脑组织循环功能改善效果及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者的痰液粘稠情况比较,观察组Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度的痰液粘稠患者高于对照组,Ⅲ度患者低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组吸痰后PaO2、SaO2水平明显升高,PaCO2水平降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组为6.12%明显低于对照组的20.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用0.45%盐水湿化气道能有效改善颅脑损伤气管切开患者的通气功能,调节痰液粘稠度,降低并发症发生率,改善脑组织循环功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of 0.45%saline humidification airway on tracheotomy in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods Randomly in our hospital 97 cases of craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy group,the control group of 48 patients with sterile saline airway humidification,49 cases in observation group were given 0.45%saline airway humidification,compared two groups of patients with airway humidification effect,after the brain circulation function improvement effect and complication rate. Results In the observation group,sputum viscosity of degree I and II were higher than the control group,patients with third degree lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group after suctioning increased PaO 2,SaO 2,reduce the level of PaCO 2 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%lower than that of the control group 20.83%(P<0.05). Conclusion 0.45%saline humidification airway can effectively improve the ventilation function of patients with craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy,reduce the incidence of complications,regulate the viscosity of sputum,and improve the circulatory function of brain tissue.
