摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养对食管癌切除术后患者营养状态及胃肠道功能的改善效果。方法将我院收治的84例食管癌切除术后患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用肠外营养支持,观察组给予早期肠内营养支持,比较两组患者术后的营养状态,肠鸣音恢复情况以及肛门排气、排便时间。结果观察组术后体质量、血红蛋白、血清蛋白、尿氮素及白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气及排便时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养能有效改善食管癌切除术后患者的营养状态,促进胃肠功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status and gastrointestinal function improvement of patients after resection of esophageal carcinoma with early enteral nutrition. Methods Randomly in our hospital 84 cases of patients after resection of esophageal carcinoma group,42 cases in the control group with parenteral nutrition,42 cases in observation group were given early enteral nutritional support and nutritional status were compared between two groups after operation,and compare the bowel sounds recovery,anal exhaust and defecation. Results The patients in the observation group the body weight,hemoglobin,serum protein,urine nitrogen and serum albumin levels were higher than the control group,the observation group(P<0.05);postoperative recovery of bowel sounds were lower than the control group,and anal exhaust time,defecation time(P<0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with esophageal cancer after resection.
