螺旋CT用于肺癌患者诊断中的临床研究

Clinical research of the spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of lung cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肺癌患者的早期临床诊断和预后效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年4月我院收治的70例肺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均应用多层螺旋CT进行临床诊断,并将诊断结果与术后病理组织学检查结果进行比较,分析多层螺旋CT的准确率。结果多层螺旋CT的检测结果准确率为97.14%,与病理学检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT在中央型肺癌与周围型肺癌中的诊断误诊率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对早期肺癌患者的临床诊断率较高,但对中央型肺癌的诊断具有较高的误诊率,因此应根据患者情况结合多种诊断方式进行确诊,为临床治疗提供诊断依据。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the multi-slice spiral CT examination in the early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 70 lung cancer patients treated from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected.All the patients received the multi-slice spiral CT examination.According to the pathological histology results,the diagnosis accuracy based on the multi-slice spiral CT examination was analyzed. Results Based on the pathological examination results,the diagnosis accuracy based on the multi-slice spiral CT examination was 97.14%(P>0.05);the misdiagnosis rate of the central type of lung cancer and peripheral lung cancer based on the multi-slice spiral CT examination was high(P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis accuracy of the early lung cancer based on the multi-slice spiral CT examination is high;however,the the misdiagnosis rate of the central type of lung cancer based on the multi-slice spiral CT examination is also high.In clinical practice,the combined examination methods can provide the reliable basis in the treatment of lung cancer.
