血常规检验中采血方法对检测结果的影响

Influence of blood sampling method on test results in routine blood test

目的分析血常规检验中采血方法对检测结果的影响。方法选择2014年8月~2016年2月在我院进行健康体检者160例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组采用静脉采血法,对照组采用末梢采血法,并对两组患者的8项血常规检验结果进行分析比较。结果两组检测结果比较,观察组的血小板(PLT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞比容(Hct)的平均水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)的平均水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静脉采血法在临床检验中的应用价值较高,可为临床提供更为科学准确的参考数据,值得临床应用。

Objective The influence of blood sampling method on the result of routine blood test was analyzed. Methods 160 cases of physical examination were selected from August 2014 to February 2016 as the subjects of clinical study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=80)received venous blood sampling and the control group(n=80)received peripheral blood sampling.The results of the two groups of eight blood routine tests were compared. Results The observation group average blood test values than the control group using peripheral blood detected platelet(PLT),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),hematocrit(Hct)average high,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no differences between the two tests of hemoglobin(Hb)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of venous blood sampling method in clinical examination is more valuable.It can provide more scientific and accurate reference data for clinical research,so the value of clinical application is higher.
