体位干预联合康复锻炼对胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者腰背肌功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察体位干预联合康复锻炼在胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的118例胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各59例,对照组59例实施常规干预,观察组59例在常规护理基础上加用体位干预联合康复锻炼,比较两组患者干预后腰背肌功能恢复效果、疼痛及生活质量改善效果以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的腰背肌功能优良率为89.83%高于对照组的74.58%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的VAS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组为11.86%明显低于对照组的27.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位干预联合康复锻炼能有效促进胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者的腰背肌功能恢复,减轻疼痛,改善患者的生活质量,且并发生发生率低,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of postural intervention combined with rehabilitation training on conservative treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods Randomly in our hospital 118 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in patients with conservative treatment group,59 cases in the control group with routine intervention,59 cases in observation group increased postural intervention combined with rehabilitation exercise intervention,comparison of back muscle function recovery,pain and quality of life improvement effect and complication rate. Results In the observation group,low back muscle function excellent rate was 89.83%higher than that of the control group 74.58%(P<0.05);the observation group intervention VAS score lower than the control group,Barthel index was higher than the control group,the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was 11.86%lower than that of the control group 27.12%(P<0.05). Conclusion Postural intervention combined with rehabilitation exercise can promote the recovery of low back muscle function,relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures,and reduce the incidence.
