突发事件下需求依赖融资利息的资本供应链协调

Capital Supply Chain Coordination of Demand Relying on Financing Interest under an Emergency

随着现代经济活动越来越频繁,伴随各种经济活动的资金流动也迅速增多,对于资金流动的研究逐渐成为关注重点。本文从资本供应链出发,在考虑资本随机需求形式的前提下,采用定量分析和计算机仿真模拟方法,分析突发事件下需求依赖融资利息的资本供应链应急协调问题。通过对一阶段收益共享契约的比较研究,发现其局限性并提出二阶段收益共享契约,从理论上验证二阶段契约可以有效应对突发事件。本文使用MATLAB模拟突发事件下需求依赖融资利息的二阶段收益共享契约。通过模拟,验证了二阶段收益共享契约可以有效协调突发事件下的资本供应链,并发现在此类资本供应链中,资本供应商利润水平波动幅度远高于资本中介利润水平。

The economic activities are increasingly popular today and the cash flow also increases accordingly.Therefore,the capital flow has been the research hotspot.Based on the premise that the capital demand is random,this paper analyzes the capital supply chain coordination that demand relies on financing interest under emergency.The methods of quantitative analysis and computer simulation are used.The paper points out the limits of one-stage revenue sharing contracts and proposes the two-stage revenue sharing contracts,which are theoretically proved to be functional to deal with the emergency cases.We also use the MATLAB to simulate a two-stage revenue sharing contract.Results show that the two-stage revenue sharing contracts can coordinate effectively a capital supply chain in emergency,and in such capital supply chain,the profits fluctuation of the capital supplier is far higher than that of the intermediary.
