摘要
采用共混法制备了明胶-壳聚糖膜,并以不同的方式在其中引入纳米SiO_2分别获得明胶-壳聚糖膜、明胶-壳聚糖-明胶2%SiO_2膜和明胶-壳聚糖-壳聚糖2%SiO_2膜,分别研究了三种膜在乙醇、甲苯和水中的溶胀性。结果表明,三种膜在乙醇和甲苯中溶解,在水中溶胀,在乙醇中的溶解率从大到小依次为明胶-壳聚糖膜、明胶-壳聚糖-明胶2%SiO_2膜和明胶-壳聚糖-壳聚糖2%SiO_2膜;引入纳米SiO_2后膜在甲苯中的溶解率稍增大;在水中的溶胀率依次为:明胶-壳聚糖-壳聚糖2%SiO_2膜、明胶-壳聚糖膜、明胶-壳聚糖-明胶2%SiO_2膜。
Gelatin-chitosan films were prepared by blend method and nano-SiO2 was introduced into the films in various ways to obtain gelatin-chitosan film,gelatin-chitosan-gelatin 2%SiO2 film and gelatin-chitosan-chitosan 2%SiO2 film,respectively.The swelling properties of three membranes in ethanol,toluene and water were studied.The results showed that the films were dissolved in ethanol and toluene and swelled in water.The dissolution rates of the three films in ethanol were as follows:gelatin-chitosan film,gelatin-chitosan-gelatin 2%SiO2 film and gelatin-chitosan-chitosan 2%SiO 2 film.The dissolution of the films in toluene slightly increased after SiO2 was introduced.The swelling in water followed by gelatin-chitosan-chitosan 2%SiO 2 film,gelatin-chitosan film,gelatin-chitosan-gelatin 2%SiO2 film.
