摘要
在5℃低温胁迫下,用不同浓度水杨酸(0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5 mmol/L)处理菌草幼苗,通过测定过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率,研究水杨酸对菌草抗冷性的影响,结果表明:在低温胁迫下,水杨酸处理能显著影响菌草的POD活性、MDA和相对电导率,其中,用2 mmol/L水杨酸处理后,过氧化物酶活性增加最显著,与对照相比较有显著差异,用1.0 mmol/L水杨酸处理后,能显著降低菌草的丙二醛含量,用1.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理后,能显著降低菌草的相对电导率。表明在低温胁迫下用1.0 mmol/L至2 mmol/L水杨酸处理能提高菌草的过氧化物酶活性,降低丙二醛和相对电导率,能提高菌草的抗冷能力。
The seedlings of Juncao were treated with 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5mmol/L of salicylic acid(SA)under 5℃low temperature stress.The effects of salicylic acid on resistance of Juncao seedlings to cold stress were studied through determined the activity of peroxidase(POD),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and relative conductivity.The results showed that under low temperature stress,the activity of POD,the content of MDA and the relative conductivity were significantly influenced by salicylic acid treatment.The activity of POD was increased significantly with 2mmol/L salicylic acid treatment.There is a significant difference in comparison with control group.The content of MDA was significantly reduced with 1.0mmol/L salicylic acid treatment and the relative conductivity was significantly reduced with 1.5mmol/L salicylic acid treatment.It is indicated that under low temperature stress,the activity of peroxidase could be improved and the content of MDA,the relative conductivity could be decreased with salicylic acid treatment from 1.0mmol/L to 2mmol/L.It can be improve the cold resistance ability of Juncao.
