干旱区农户农田防护林承包意愿及其影响因素分析——基于新疆8县(乡)529个农户的调研数据

An Analysis on Contracting Intention and Influencing Factors of Farmers' Farmland Shelter-belt in Arid Land——Based on the Survey Data of 529 Farmers in 8 Counties ( Townships) in Xinjiang

文章基于新疆529份农户的调研数据,首先运用农户行为理论和期望效用理论探究当前干旱区农户承包农田防护林的意愿和影响因素;然后利用实证模型对承包意愿影响因素的作用性状进行验证,分析得出关键因素与农户承包农田防护林意愿的相关性;最后结合理论与实证分析的结果,提出促进干旱区农田防护林可持续经营及其效能持久发挥的对策建议。

Based on the survey data of 529 farmers in Xinjiang,firstly,this paper applies the farmer behavior theory and the expected utility theory to explore the contracting intention and the influencing factors of farmers farmland shelter-belt in the current arid land.And then the paper employs the empirical model to test the effect of the influencing factors of the contracting intention,and draws the the correlation between the key factors and the contracting intention of farmers farmland shelter-belt through the analysis.Finally,the paper,combining the results of theoretical and empirical analyses,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable management and efficiency of farmland shelter-belt in arid land.
