摘要
文章以我国环渤海经济区的民营企业为研究对象,从动态能力的视角对伦理型领导与组织健康要素的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:伦理型领导对组织绩效与企业社会责任这两个组织健康要素都具有显著的直接影响;伦理型领导对企业动态能力有显著正向影响;企业动态能力对组织绩效与企业社会责任这两个组织健康要素都存在显著的正向影响;企业动态能力在伦理型领导对组织健康要素的影响中都具有部分中介的作用效应。研究结果对于企业的健康管理与可持续发展具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
Taking Chinese private enterprises in Circum-Bohai Sea Economic Zone as the study object,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational health factors from the perspective of dynamic capability.The study results show that:Ethical leadership has a significant direct effect on organizational performance and corporate social responsibility,which are the two organizational health factors;Ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on corporate dynamic capability;Corporate dynamic capability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance and corporate social responsibility;Corporate dynamic capability plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational health factors.The study results have certain guidance and reference significance for enterprises to achieve healthy management and sustainable development.
