摘要
从宋代尤袤《遂初堂书目》始设"谱录"一类,到清代《四库全书总目》"谱录"类的成熟与稳定,古代饮食类著述在古典目录中的分类经历了一个从混乱到统一的过程。饮食类著述主要分布在子部农家类、医书类和谱录类之中,经历了由史部到子部的发展与变化;其分类的细化与稳定代表了饮食学的逐渐独立;各时代饮食著述的编纂异中有同。
The classification of ancient books about diet experienced a process from first setting of catalogue of“charts and recipes”in“Suihu Hall Booklist”edited Py You to that in the index of“Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature”.“history”branch to the“Zi”(referring to the ancient philosophers)branch and distributed mainly in of farming,medicine,and charts and recijDes.The refinement and stability of tlie classification books about diet demonstrated the independence of dietetics.The compilations of diet writings the same.
