摘要
目的:改良低牙槽嵴全口义齿修复患者咀嚼效率的测定方法,探索双色超轻粘土用于测定咀嚼效率的可行性。方法:选择牙槽嵴低平的全口义齿修复患者20例,分别进行两部分实验。实验一:受试者以不同的咀嚼周期的(5、10、15、20、25次)咀嚼双色超轻粘土,观察不同咀嚼周期的图像分析数据(色调值)间差异。实验二:受试者于3个不同时间点以相同的咀嚼周期(15次)分别咀嚼双色口香糖和双色超轻粘土,比较两种材料分别在不同时间点各色调值间的差异。结果:实验一:不同咀嚼周期下超轻粘土的色调值组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验二:在咀嚼口香糖时,3个时间点的色调值两两比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),而在咀嚼超轻粘土时,3个时间点的色调值两两比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:双色超轻粘土可作为低牙槽嵴全口义齿修复患者咀嚼效率的测试材料。
AIM:To modify the masticatory function test method in complete denture users with low and flat alveolar ridge.METHODS:The test was divided into two parts and included 20 complete denture users with low and flat alveolar ridge.Test 1:The patients were instructed to masticate the two-tone super light clay at masticatory cycles of 5,10,15,20 and 25 times and the masticatory function was examined by image analysis,the difference in different masticatory cycles was analyzed.Test 2:The patients were instructed two-tone chewing gum and two-tone super light clay respectively at three different time points,the masticatory efficiency was examined by image analysis and compared for the difference of the same material at different times points.RESULTS:Test 1:For data measured from super light clay at different masticatory cycles the difference of masticatory function was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Test 2:For data measured from the three chewing gum groups,the difference of of masticatory function was of statistical significance(P<0.05),and for data measured from the three super light clay groups,the difference of of masticatory function was of no statistical significance(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The two-tone super light clay may be used in a mixed test to exam the masticatory function of patients with low and flat alveolar ridge and with complete denture repair.
