马鞍山市中小微企业创新发展策略研究

Research on the Innovative Development Strategy of Medium Small and Micro-sized Enterprises in Maanshan City

近年来,马鞍山市的中小微企业总体规模在持续扩大,并且在国家政策的支持下发展速度也在不断加快,但企业在创新发展的过程中还面临着较多的困难,主要体现在创新意识、能力、信息、资金及人才等方面较为缺乏,因此当前企业还应不断提升自身的创新能力,在此过程中政府也要给予企业足够的支持,为企业寻求更多的融资渠道。本文就此问题进行了详细的探讨与分析。

In recent years,the medium Small and micro-sized enterprises in Maanshan city continues to expand on the whole scale,and with the support of national policy,its speed of development has been constantly accelerated.But the enterprises face many difficulties in the process of innovation and development,mainly reflected in lacking the innovation consciousness,ability,information,capital and talent.Therefore,the enterprises should keep improving their innovation ability,and meanwhile,the government should give them enough support,seeking more financing channels for enterprises.This paper carries on the detailed discussion and analysis on this question.
