贵州薏苡品种籽粒的灌浆特征 被引量:3

摘要 探明贵州薏苡品种的籽粒灌浆特征与产量形成的关系,为挖掘薏苡高产潜力品种提供理论依据,以贵州薏苡品种兴仁白壳、黔薏苡1号和黔薏2号为试验材料进行田间试验,分别采用Logistic和Richards方程对着粒层上、中、下部籽粒的生长动态进行拟合,比较2种方程的适用性及不同品种的灌浆特征差异。结果表明:黔薏苡1号与黔薏2号间产量差异不显著,但均显著(P<0.05)高于兴仁白壳;薏苡籽粒生长符合"S"曲线增长,Richards方程比Logistic方程更能精确描述薏苡籽粒的生长进程,其中兴仁白壳灌浆启动慢、灌浆速率小,到达最大灌浆速率时间推迟,活跃灌浆期延长;黔薏苡1号和黔薏2号灌浆启动快、速率大、籽粒充实迅速,到达最大灌浆速率时间提前、活跃灌浆期缩短。灌浆启动快、速率大、籽粒快速充实的薏苡品种增产潜力更大。 In order to clarify the relationship between grain filing characteristics and yield formation in Guizhou,and provide theoretical support for improving higher yield potentialities,Xingrenbaike,Qianyiyi 1,Qianyi 2 were employed as test materials to conduct field trails.Grain growth models were fitted on upper,middle and lower parts of seed layers by Logistic and Richards equations,then the equation applicability and grain filing characters were also analyzed.Results:Yields between Qianyiyi 1 and Qianyi 2 had no significant difference at P=0.05,while significant levels were detected between Xingrenbaike and other varieties.Dynamics of grain growth showed a‘S’curve and the Richards equation was more accuracy than Logistic in describing the filing process.Xingrenbaike activated slowly with a lower filling speed,the time reaching the maximum grain-filling rate was delayed,and effective grain-filling time could be prolonged,while Qianyiyi 1 and Qianyi 2 initiated and filled quickly,the time reaching the maximum grain-filling rate came earlier,and effective grain-filling time were shortened.It was concluded that varieties with a higher speed in activating and filing period tended to own a higher output.
