摘要
为准确测定新型卷烟烟草材料中水分及1,2-丙二醇与丙三醇的含量,建立了同时测定新型卷烟烟草材料中水分及1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇含量的气相色谱双柱双检测器法。结果表明:气相色谱双柱双检测器法测定的水分及1,2-丙二醇和与三醇含量标准曲线的线性关系良好,R2在0.999 5~0.999 9,检出限和定量限范围在0.02%~0.04%和0.06%~0.14%,加标回收率在91.1%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.1%~5.4%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,适合同时定量分析新型卷烟烟草材料中水分及1,2-丙二醇与丙三醇的含量。
The gas chromatography with double columns and double detectors was established to determine moisture,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in tobacco materials of different new cigarettes simultaneously.Results:There are good linear relations(R 2=0.999 5~0.999 9)in standard curves of moisture content,1,2-propylene glycol content and glycerol content,and the LOD,LOQ,recovery and RSD are 0.02%~0.04%,0.06%~0.14%,91.1%~99.8%and 0.1%~5.4%respectively.The established gas chromatography with advantages of simplicity,high sensitivity and high accuracy can be suitably used to determine moisture,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in tobacco materials of heat-not-burn cigarettes simultaneously.
