摘要 探明包被氧化锌+微生物发酵饲料饲喂断奶仔猪的效果,为开发出替代抗生素使用的环保生态型饲料产品提供参考,选用28日龄杜×长×大三元杂交断奶健康仔猪120头,随机分为4组,Ⅰ组,基础日粮对照组(CK);Ⅱ组,基础日粮+1 800mg/kg包被氧化锌;Ⅲ组,基础日粮+1%微生物发酵饲料;Ⅳ组,基础日粮+1 800mg/kg包被氧化锌+1%微生物发酵饲料。每组3个重复,每个重复10头,试验期28d,其他饲养管理措施一致,考察断奶仔猪的生长性能和腹泻情况。结果表明:在断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加微生物发酵饲料、包被氧化锌及二者合用均能显著提高仔猪的生长性能,有效降低腹泻率,其中以添加1 800mg/kg包被氧化锌+1%微生物发酵饲料的饲喂效果最好,与对照组相比,平均日增重增加17.66%,料肉比降低14.61%,直肠中乳酸杆菌数提高21.15%、大肠杆菌数降低16.02%;显著降低仔猪腹泻率3.81百分点和粪便中大肠杆菌数51.60%。 To evaluate the effects of coated ZnO and microbial fermented feed on the growth performance of weaned piglets,and to provide references for developing eco-friendly feed products to take the place of antibiotics.In the study,120 healthy 28-day-old weaned piglets were randomly allocated into four groups.Except for the control group(Ⅰ,CK),the other three groups contained 1 800 mg/kg coated ZnO(Ⅱ),1%microbial fermented feed(Ⅲ)and microbial fermented feed-coated ZnO(Ⅳ)respectively.Each group contained three repeats and each repeat owned 10 piglets,other raising measures were the same in the test period of 28 days,the production performance and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets were evaluated.Results showed that the experimental groups with addition of 1 800 mg/kg coated ZnO,1%microbial fermentation feed and microbial fermentation feed-coated ZnO could improve growth performance and decrease diarrhea incidence compared with control group.The experimental group with addition of 1 800 mg/kg coated ZnO and 1%microbial fermentation feed could improve growth performance significantly.The average daily gain in the experimental group was increased by 17.66%and feed conversion ratio was decreased by 14.61%.At the same time,the quantity of Lactobacillus was increased by 21.15%and the quantity of Escherichia coli was decreased by 16.02%in rectum.The experimental group with addition of 1 800 mg/kg coated ZnO and 1%microbial fermentation feed could decrease diarrhea incidence by 3.81 percents and the quantity of Escherichia coli in the feces by 51.60%.
