经导管主动脉瓣置换术在二叶式主动脉瓣严重狭窄患者中的应用与展望

Current status and future prospect of transcatheter aortic valve replacement in patients with severe bicuspid aortic valve stenosis

二叶式主动脉瓣是常见的先天性畸形之一。其解剖学结构特殊,经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement,TAVR)后极易发生瓣周漏、瓣膜移位、主动脉夹层等并发症,导致患者近/远期死亡率明显升高。本文对TAVR在二叶式主动脉瓣严重狭窄患者中的应用问题和挑战以及研究进展做一综述。

Bicuspid aortic valve is one of the common congenital malformations.Its anatomical structure is very special.When performing transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)for patients with bicuspid aortic valve,complications such as perivalvular leakage,valve displacement and aortic dissection easily occur,resulting in a significant increase in short-term and long-term mortality.In this paper,the problems and challenges in the application of TAVR in bicuspid aortic valve and the progress of the related research were reviewed.
