西译学生管理“十不准”是丁祖诒在办学初期提出并不断践行、发展的管理制度,与之后提出的“十二字方针”一起,构成了西译管理实践与创新的重要基础,在西译规范管理、协调发展中发挥了重要的奠基和示范作用。

At the early age of Xi'an Fanyi University,the famous"Ten Don'ts",was put forward to echo the harsh situation of student management by Ding Zuyi.After 30 years continuous practice,together with it the new development,the"Twelve Words Policy"forms an important basis for the university,s innovation and practice and is playing an essential and exemplary role in its efforts in standardized management and coordinated development.
