Optimizing the Governance Structure to Cultivate Applied Talents for Economic and Social Needs

按照新修订的《民办教育促进法》,西安翻译学院构建“四位一体”现代大学运行机制,健全现代大学制度和治理模式。整合校内教学资源,凝练学科专业特色,开展校院两级运行体制改革。从应用型专业链群打造、“双师型”教师队伍建设、实践教学和校企合作、“融入式”创新创业教育方面探讨了学校应用型人才培养模式。

In accordance with the newly revised Private Education Promotion Law,Xi,an Fanyi University is establishing its modem university system to perfect its university governance by forming a unique Four-in-one Modem University Operating Mechanism.The specific measures taken include the integration of the school,s inner teaching resources,the concision of its disciplinary characteristics and the operation system reform on College-School levels.As a summary,this paper probes into the training mode of Applied Talents which includes such aspects as the building of the application-type disciplines and major chains and groups,the cultivation of double master teacher team,the practical teaching,the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integrative innovation and entrepreneurship education.
