布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入用于毛细支气管炎治疗的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析对毛细支气管炎采用布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选择2015年9月至2016年9月在本院接受治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿152例为研究对象,随机均分成对照组(76例)和观察组(76例),对照组患儿单纯实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿选择布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入结合治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的76.32%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的呼吸急促缓解时间、喘憋缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清PCT水平为(0.42±0.14)ng/mL,CRP水平为(0.50±0.10)mg/dL,均低于对照组的(0.53±0.22)ng/mL,(0.64±0.47)mg/dL(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合用于治疗毛细支气管炎患儿效果明显,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of capillary bronchitis.Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,152 patients with capillary bronchitis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(76 cases)and observation group(76 cases).The control group only received budesonide inhalation,while the observation group accepted budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide.The treatment effects were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of shortness of breath,asthmatic relief,the disappearance time of lung wheeze,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of PCT in theobservationgroupwas(0.42±0.14)ng/m L an d th eC R P lev elw as(0.50±0.10)mg/dL,w hichw erelow erthan(0.53±0.22)ng/mL,(0.64±0.47)mg/dLinthecontrolgrouprespectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide has obvious effect in the treatment of capillary bronchitis,which is worth promoting.
