经尿道前列腺电切术与等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生80例临床分析

Clinical analysis of transurethral resection of prostate and plasma resection in 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的观察经尿道前列腺电切术与等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法将我院收治的80例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采用等离子电切术治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况,术后并发症发生情况及随访恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间显著长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切除组织量多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(20.0%)显著低于对照组(52.5%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IPSS评分、QOL评分、Q_(max)、RUV显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论采用等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生,临床效果显著,术后并发症发生率低,前列腺功能改善明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate and plasma resection on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate.The observation group was treated with plasma resection.The surgical conditions,postoperative complications and follow-up recovery situations were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the operation time was significantly longer than that in the control group,the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group,the removal rate was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications(20.0%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(52.5%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the IPSS scores,QOL scores,Qnlax and RUV were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is remarkable,the incidence rate of postoperative complications is low,and the improvement of prostate function is obvious.
