摘要
目的探究预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用价值。方法选取2014年4月10日至2016年4月10日在我院就医的60例口腔修复患者为本次研究对象,使用随机数字表法将60例患者分为预成纤维桩组和可塑纤维桩组,每组30例。预成纤维桩组患者应用预成纤维桩进行治疗,可塑纤维桩组患者应用可塑纤维桩进行治疗。均随访一年,比较两组患者的修复效果、满意度、纤维桩安装所需时间及牙周指数变化情况。结果预成纤维桩组患者的修复成功率、满意度均显著高于可塑纤维桩组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的牙周指数(BI、PLI、PD、松动度)均较治疗前显著改善,且预成纤维桩组的牙周指数明显优于可塑纤维桩组(P<0.05)。预成纤维桩组患者每颗纤维桩安装所需时间明显短于可塑纤维桩组(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中具有较显著的应用效果,提高患者的满意度,缩短每颗纤维桩安装所需时间,改善牙周指数。
Objective To explore the application value of prefabricated fibrous pile in prosthodontics.Methods From April 10,2014 to April 10,2016,60 patients with oral prosthetics in our hospital were enrolled in this study and divided into prefabricated fibrous pile group and plastic fiber pile group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the prefabricated fibrous pile group were treated with prefabricated fibrous piles,and the patients in the plastic fiber pile group were treated with plastic fiber pile.All patients were followed up for one year,and the repair effect,satisfaction,the time for the installation of fiber pile and periodontal index were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate and satisfaction in the prefabricated fibrous pile group were both significantly higher than those in the plastic fiber pile group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the periodontal index(BI,PLI,PD and the degree of loosening)in the two groups obviously improved,and those of the prefabricated fibrous pile group were significantly better than the plastic fiber pile group(P<0.05).The time for the installation of fiber pile in the prefabricated fibrous pile group was significantly shorter than that in the plastic fiber pile group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prefabricated fibrous piles for prosthodontics has significant effect,which can improve the satisfaction and periodontal index,and shorten the time for the installation of fiber pile.
