西安市15～24岁青年学生艾滋病疫情分析

Analysis of AIDS epidemic among 15 to 24 years old students in Xi'an

目的分析西安市15~24岁青年学生艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)疫情现状及流行特征,为针对性制定青少年人群艾滋病的防控措施提供科学依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统的艾滋病综合防治信息系统中获取艾滋病网络直报数据,筛选西安市1992—2016年15~24岁组的HIV/AIDS青年学生,从人口学特征、感染途径、发现途径等方面进行分析。结果截止2016年底,西安市15~24岁HIV/AIDS青年学生有331例;2007—2016年,15~24岁青年学生HIV/AIDS病例数呈增长趋势(χ~2=6.173,P=0.013)。青年学生同性传播比例高于全部病例同性传播比例(P<0.05);HIV/AIDS青年学生以男性为主,占98.8%;本地现住址占69.2%;性传播占98.2%,同性传播占83.7%;发现途径以检测咨询和专题调查为主,分别占36.1%和33.3%;首次CD4^+检测的比例为97.0%,CD4^+>500个/μL占43.3%。结论西安市15~24岁青年学生艾滋病疫情形势严峻,应加强学生群体中同性艾滋病传播的防控。

Objective To analyze the HIV/AIDS epidemic situation and feature among students aged from 15 to 24 in Xi'an,to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control in teenagers.Methods AIDS direct reporting data were obtained from HIV/AIDS integrated information system of China disease prevention and control information system.The HIV/AIDS students aged 15 to 24 in Xi'an from 1992 to 2016 were screened,the data were analyzed from demographic characteristics,ways of infection,ways to find out and so on.Results By the end of 2016,a total o f331 students aged 15 to 24 had been reported as HIV/AIDS cases.From 2007 to 2016,the numbers of HIV/AIDS students aged 15 to 24 showed an increasing trend(X2=6.173,P=0.013).The proportion of same-sex transmission among young students was higher than that of all cases(P<0.05).The majority of HIV/AIDS students were male,accounting for 98.8%;current local resident accounts for 69.2%;the sexual transmission accounted for 98.2%,while the same-sex transmission accounted for 83.7%;the ways to find out were mainly the survey and thematic surveys,accounting for 36.1%and 33.3%respectively;97.0%students had completed the CD4+testing for the first time;CD4+level larger than 500 case/μL was 43.3%.Conclusion The number of students with HIV/AIDS aged 15 to 24 is increasing in Xi'an.More attention should be paid to prevent the homosexually transmission among the students.
