改良B-Lynch缝合术联合阴道填纱治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效

Curative effect of modified B-Lynch suture combined with vaginal filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section

目的探究改良B-Lynch缝合术联合阴道填纱治疗剖宫产产妇术后出血的疗效。方法以我院收治的行剖宫产手术的92例产妇为研究对象,按随机排列表法分为传统组(药物+子宫按摩+阴道填纱)与研究组(药物+阴道填纱+改良B-Lynch缝合),每组46例。统计术后产妇并发症发生情况,评估止血效果,比较两组手术时间、术后恶露时间、住院时间及1 d内出血量。结果研究组手术时间、术后恶露时间、住院时间均短于传统组,出血量少于传统组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率依次为97.8%、4.3%,优于传统组的87.0%、15.2%(P<0.05)。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术联合阴道填纱治疗剖宫产产妇术后出血效果显著,出血量和并发症少,恢复快。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified B-Lynch suture and vaginal filling in postoperative hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods Ninety-two cases of puerperants who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into traditional group(drug,uterus massage and vaginal filling)and study group(drug,vaginal filling and modified B-Lynch suture),with 46 cases in each group.The postoperative complications and hemostatic effect were evaluated;the operation time,postoperative lochia time,hospitalization time and the amount of bleeding within 1 d were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative lochia time,hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the traditional group;the bleeding volume was less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The to-tal effective rate and complication rate of the study group were 97.8%and 4.3%respectively,which were better than 87.0%and 15.2%in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vaginal filling and modified B-Lynch suture was effective in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean delivery,with less bleeding and fewer complications and faster recovery.
