经尿道等离子切除治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of transurethral plasma resection in patients with prostate hyperplasia

目的研究经尿道等离子切除术在前列腺增生症中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月本院接诊的100例前列腺增生症患者的病历资料,根据患者选择的治疗术式对其进行分组,50例试验组患者采用经尿道等离子切除术治疗方案,50例对照组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗方案。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者手术治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组患者的74.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的膀胱冲洗时间与住院时间都明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术中失血量为(113.2±19.7)m L,明显少于对照组的(190.8±28.4)m L(P<0.05)。结论积极对前列腺增生症患者施以经尿道等离子切除治疗,可有效提高手术治疗的效果与安全性,有效促进术后恢复。

Objective To study the application value of transurethral plasma resection in prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A retrospective analysis of medical records of 100 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were conducted,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to their surgical treatment methods.Fifty cases in the experimental group accepted transurethral plasma resectiont,and the other 50 cases of patients in the control group adopted urethra prostate electricity cut method.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 74.0%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The bladder irrigation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperativebloodlossintheexperimentalgroupwas(113.2±19.7)mL,whichwassignificantlylessthan(190.8±28.4)m L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive transurethral plasma recection applied in patients with prostatic hyperplasia patients can effectively improve the effect and safety of surgical treatment,and promote postoperative recovery.
