Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with medroxy progesterone in the treatment of endometritis. Methods Sixty endometritis patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received antibiotics treatment, and the experimental group accepted antibiotics combined with medroxy progesterone. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of MMP-9,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrium thickness and the recovery time of the uterus in the experimental group were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of normal menstruation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the irregular vaginal bleeding rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotics combined with medroxy progesterone in the treatment of endometritis has remarkable clinical effect and high safety,it can effectively promote the recovery of the state of the uterus and improve the situation of menstruation, which is worthy of clinical application.
