无保护会阴助产对初产妇分娩质量的影响

Effect of unprotected perineum midwifery on delivery quality of primipara

目的研究分析无保护会阴助产对初产妇分娩质量的影响。方法选取于我院待产的初产妇124例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各62例。观察组给予无保护会阴助产,对照组给予传统助产,比较两组初产妇的分娩质量。结果观察组产妇产后24 h出血量显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息评分、产妇抑郁评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一、二产程均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇阴道分娩率、剖宫产率、会阴侧切率、新生儿窒息率、护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇分娩中给予无保护会阴助产,能够显著减少会阴侧切率,提高初产妇的分娩质量及满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of unprotected perineum midwifery on delivery quality of primipara.Methods A total of 124 cases of primipara in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with unprotected perineum midwifery,and the control group was treated with traditional midwifery.The delivery quality was compared between the two groups.Results The 24h postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of neonatal asphyxia and maternal depression in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first and second stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maternal vaginal delivery rate,cesarean section rate,perineotomy rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The unprotected perineum midwifery for primipara can significantly reduce the rate of episiotomy and improve the delivery quality and satisfaction of primipara,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
